Yes. The same base-location-plus-capacity formula applies whether your capacity unit is a dental chair, a pharmacy counter, a warehouse bay, or a bookshop till. Tell us how your business is structured and we'll scope a tier around it.
We bring on locum doctors regularly. Does that cost extra?
No. Locums are always free to add—we don't charge by the user, so bringing in visiting practitioners never changes your bill.
We're opening a second branch. What happens to our price?
You add a new Base Location Fee for the new site, plus its own clinical capacity tier. Your existing location and its pricing are unaffected.
Are any modules locked behind a higher tier?
No. Every engagement includes the full platform—patient booking, clinical notes, inventory, and payouts. Your tier is based on capacity, not feature access.
What counts as a Healthcare Service Unit?
Any active capacity point—a dental chair, a consultation room, an inpatient bed, a pharmacy counter, a warehouse bay, or a retail till. Your tier fee scales with how much capacity you operate, not how many staff you have.
